RestorePro, Inc/AbateCo Services, LLC (Sept 09' - Current)
RestorePro is an industry leader in disaster restoration and remediation - large loss specialists in water extraction and structural drying, mold remediation, fire, smoke, odor mitigation, disinfection services - bacterial and viral, complete contents inventory, pack out, storage, cleaning and repair, trauma scene clean-up, methamphetamine decontamination, complete general contracting and build back services, environmental abatement and testing for asbestos, lead and mold as well as chinese drywall remediation.
My responsibility was to support their internal IT systems across Ohio as well as develop, maintain and promote the business to be competitive in a modern social media age utilizing CMS tools for the corporate website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords campaign management and e-mail marketing solutions. Redesigned classical marketing operations to be in line with our Internet-aware presence.
Accurate Business Machines (Mar 08' - Sept 09')
Business Machine retailer/support/repair center located in Sandusky Ohio. I was brought on board to help develop Accurate Business Machine's IT services to expand the services they could offer to their clients. I also developed their e-commerce web site in house and did other miscellaneous small business web sites for their clients.
HMC Limited (Oct 04' - Sept 07')
ISP located in Bellevue, OH. Performed all web design and development done at HMC for a variety of clients. Also managed and maintained hosting and Internet access servers and did various IT jobs including network design/troubleshooting.
RS Office Solutions (July 02' - Oct 04')
Hired to develop a more "Internet aware" side of RS where they previously focused on just business machines (copiers, printers, etc.) Created a web/e-mail hosting mini-datacenter as well as obtained web design contracts in the surrounding area. Also did IT service calls including network and security consulting.
Advanced Computer Connections, Inc. (Dec. 00' - June 02')
Hired as a Internet Support Specialist, ACC was previously outsourcing all of it's web design work. With my experience in web development, we had success doing the web design and development in house from that point forward.

CompTIA Network+ Certification
CompTIA Network+ validates the knowledge and skills of networking professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification that recognizes a technician's ability to describe the features and functions of networking components and to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
Sandusky High School (graduated 1999)
- Vocational Electronics - A two-year vocational training class on in depth Electronics study. Hands on experiences in circuit building.
- Computer Specialist - A one-year vocational training class in computer specialist applications. This training included MS Office, WordPerfect, filing, transcribing, and telephone techniques. General computer use.
